January 18th, 2015 - The Keyser Manufacturing Wild West Shootout at USA Raceway (Tucson, Arizona) continued on Friday evening with a $3,000-to-win program, which attracted a field of fifty-two entries to the 3/8 mile oval. Rick Schwallie Photo

Clay started his outing by advancing from the fifth starting spot to a second place finish in his heat race to lock into the third starting spot for the 30 lap finale. In the feature he battled amongst the top five for much of the event before settling to an eighth place finish in the final rundown.

Saturday night once again found a $3,000 winner's purse posted as fifty-two entries returned for action. An impressive eighth to third run in heat race action earned Clay the ninth starting position on the feature grid. In the 30 lap finale he battled the handle on his #32 ERC Race Fuels/FYE Motorsports/AR Bodies Warrior and slipped backwards to a sixteenth place finish.

On Sunday night the miniseries drew to a close with a $10,000-to-win event, and Clay hoped for a strong run. Unfortunately, struggles in heat race action pinned him deep in a b-main. Daly advanced to a ninth place finish but, only the top four finishers moved on to the 50 lap finale as his night would come to an early end.

Fifty entries took part in the $3,000-to-win opener, and pill draw left Clay starting eighth in his heat race. He would advance to a fifth place finish, which positioned him starting on the pole of a b-main. Daly went on to finish second in his b-main to lock into the 20th starting spot for the 30 lap feature. Despite starting near the back of the pack, Clay advanced eight positions en route to a twelfth place finish in the final rundown.

Sunday's program boosted a $5,000 top prize for competitors as a strong field of forty-nine entries took part in the event. Clay started his outing with a ninth place finish in heat race action, leaving him short of the transfer and sending him to a b-main. Starting deep in the b-main, Clay continued to battle the battle the handle on his #32 ERC Race Fuels/FYE Motorsports/AR Bodies Warrior ultimately failing to reach a transfer position to the 30 lap finale.

Wednesday's program was highlighted by a $3,000-to-win slate that drew a field of forty-six entries to the 3/8 mile oval. Clay drew the fifth starting spot for heat race action unfortunately, his night would come to an early end when a terminal failure during the heat forced Daly to scratch from the balance of the program.
