November 4th, 2017
- Clay Daly headed to the Dirt Track at Charlotte (Concord, North Carolina) on Thursday night for the 11th annual Textron Off Road World Finals. Drawing 75 World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series entries for two rounds of qualifying, Daly timed in 20th and 24th fastest in his group.

Earning the 7th-starting position for his heat on Friday, Daly jumped up one spot to place 6th. Transferring into the B-Main for another shot at the $12,000-to-win A-Main, Clay logged a 6th place finish ending his night early.

Returning on Saturday night, Daly slipped back to a 9th place outing in his heat giving him one final shot at the finale with a B-Main appearance. Sending the Top 2 into the show, Daly recorded a 10th place finish ending his night early.

October 28th, 2017
- On Friday night Clay Daly made the trek to Whynot Motorsports Park (Meridian, Mississippi) for the 23rd annual Coors Light Fall Classic. With 42 Super Late Models signed in for the unsanctioned weekend, Daly gained two positions in his heat race recording an 8th place finish. Transferring into the B-Main on Saturday for another shot at the feature, Clay passed four cars edging his way into the $15,000-to-win main event with a 4th place finish. Rolling off 23rd for the feature, Clay Daly advanced through the field ten spots in the 100-lap affair notching a 13th place finish.

October 14th, 2017
- Kicking off the two-day Budweiser Nationals, Clay Daly was one of 19 Super Late Models signed at Bakersfield Speedway (Bakersfield, California) on Friday night for the unsanctioned weekend. Laying down the fastest time overall in qualifying, Daly earned the pole position for the opening night feature. With $1,500 on the line, Clay slipped up three spots in the 30-lap affair registering a 4th place finish behind Bobby Hogge, Tony Toste, and Steve Drake with Cody Laney coming in 5th.

Retuning on Saturday for the $3,000 top prize, Daly secured his spot into the main event with a heat race win. Rolling off 2nd for the A-Main, Clay took the lead early and led the 45 laps of the race until he was taken out by another competitor. He was credited with a 13th place finish. (Tom Macht photos)

September 23rd, 2017 - Aboard the #43 Super Late Model entry, Clay Daly headed to Nevada Speedway (Nevada, Missouri) on Saturday night competing in a field of 10 Super Late Models. After starting the night off with a heat race victory, Daly landed a 2nd place finish in the feature trailing Dustin Mooneyham across the finish line with Larry Jones, Steve Johnson, and John Coats completing the Top 5 finishers.

September 2nd, 2017 - Saturday night found Clay Daly in action at Santa Maria Raceway (Nipomo, California) competing in three separate divisions. In a field of 14 Pro Stocks, Daly followed up the fifth fastest time in qualifying with a 2nd place finish in his heat behind Billy Simkins. Reeling in his third win of the season in the feature, Clay outran the 14-car field in the 25-lapper topping Billy Simkins, Justin Crockett, Doug Thornton, and Devon Crockett at the finish line.

In the IMCA Modified division, Daly secured his spot into the A-Main with a 3rd place finish in his heat race. Wheeling his way into a podium position, Clay registered a runner-up spot behind Logan Drake with Ryan Daves, Robby Sawyer, and Brad Pounds completing the Top 5 finishers.

After timing in fifth fastest overall in the Super Late Model ranks, Clay posted a 3rd place finish in his heat race locking his spot into the A-Main. Landing his third Top 5 finish of the weekend, Clay Daly posted a 5th place outing behind Steve Drake, Tony Toste, Nick Bartels, and Jason Papich.

July 22nd, 2017 - On Tuesday night Clay Daly returned with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) for the Bullet Sportswear Shootout at Brown County Speedway (Aberdeen, South Dakota). In a field of 29 cars, Daly logged a 5th place finish in his heat race transferring him into the B-Main. Sending the Top 6 into the $10,000-to-win feature, Daly edged his way with a 6th place finish. Clay returned to action on Friday night at I-80 Speedway (Greenwood, Nebraska) for the 7th annual Imperial Tire Silver Dollar Nationals. With 51 cars on hand for the LOLMDS sanctioned event, Daly followed up a 5th place finish in his first heat with another 5th place outing in his second round. Transferring into the B-Main on Saturday evening for another shot at the $53,000-to-win A-Main, Clay came up one position short with a 4th place finish. Earning a spot into the Belt Bash Non-Qualifiers feature, Clay Daly landed a 7th place finish in the 20-lap affair.

July 15th, 2017 - Making his first start of the season with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS), Clay Daly made the trek to Tri-City Speedway (Granite City, Illinois) on Friday for the NAPA Know How 50. With 32 Super Late Models signed in, Daly fell one spot short of a transfer spot in his heat race with a 5th place outing. Needing to place in the Top 3 to make the $10,000-to-win feature, Clay came up short with a 7th place outing. Receiving the Millers Welders Fast Time Provisional, Clay Daly improved four spots in the 50-lapper place 19th.

Saturday night brought 37 LOLMDS followers to Lucas Oil Speedway (Wheatland, Missouri) for the CMD Diamond Nationals. Following a 5th place finish in his heat race, Daly edged his way into the A-Main with the 3rd and final transfer spot in his B-Main. With $12,000 on the line, Clay gained four positions registering a 17th place outing.

July 7th, 2017 - Behind the wheel of the #96A Open Wheel Modified, Clay Daly made the trip to Ocean Speedway (Watsonville, California) on Friday night competing in the IMCA Modified division. Topping the 12-car field in the A-Main, Daly powered his way to his second win of the season over Nick DeCarlo, Austin Burke, Robert Marsh, and Raymond Keldsen.

June 3rd, 2017 - Clay Daly was back in action on Friday night making his first start of the season at Kern County Raceway (Bakersfield, California). After starting the night off with a heat race win, Daly ousted the field in the feature event topping the 2nd place finisher Rob Sanders by more than 5 seconds. After a mid-race caution killed his momentum and reset the field, Clay Daly pulled away late in the race to pick up his first win of the season over Sanders, Tony Toste, Lary Wise, and Jason Papich. On Saturday night Daly stopped at Bakersfield Speedway (Bakersfield, California) returning behind the wheel of his Super Late Model. Earning the 6th-starting spot for the feature via preliminary events, Clay improved three spots reeling in a 3rd place finish behind Steve Drake and Cody Laney with Jason Papich and Andy Obertello rounding out the Top 5.

March 11th, 2017 -
Behind the wheel of the #81w Open Wheel Modified, Clay Daly invaded Silver Dollar Speedway (Chico, California) on Saturday night for the All Star Modified Tour. With 30 cars signed in, Daly improved three positions in his heat to place 3rd. Earning the 11th-starting spot for the feature, Clay passed four cars in the 25-lapper reeling in a 7th place finish.

January 11th, 2017 - On Wednesday night Clay Daly returned to Arizona Speedway (Queen Creek, Arizona) for the third round of the Keyser Manufacturing Wild West Shootout but ran into mechanical trouble before he could even get his night started. Competing in a field of 40 cars, Clay suffered engine problems trying to get his car up the speed in qualifying forcing him to the pits. Unable to get the problems fixed in time for his heat, Daly was prevented from competition on Wednesday evening.

After having Thursday night off, Clay Daly and 45 Super Late Models signed in at Arizona Speedway (Queen Creek, Arizona) on Friday to open up the final three nights of the Wild West Shootout. After recording the 3rd fastest time in qualifying and slated to start on the second row of his heat, Clay discovered he blew another motor giving him no other option but to pack up and head home.

January 8th, 2017 -
Clay Daly opened the 2017 campaign on Saturday evening by traveling to Arizona Speedway (Queen Creek, Arizona) for the 11th annual Keyser Manufacturing Wild West Shootout presented by O’Reilly Auto Parts. In a field of 49 Super Late Models, Daly logged the 6th fastest time in his qualifying group. Sending the Top 3 out of his 8-lap heat race, Clay registered a 6th place spot giving him one last shot at the $5,000-to-win main event with a B-Main appearance. Transferring the Top 2, Clay Daly dropped back to a 7th place outing.

Returning on Sunday, Clay timed in 5th fastest in his qualifying session putting him on the 3rd row of his heat. Needing a 4th place finish or better to make the show, Daly came up spot shy with a 5th place finish. Starting on the front row of his consolation event, Clay Daly was running in a transfer position into the show until getting taken out by another competitor bringing a disappointing end to his weekend.

Attending 21 events during the 2016 season, Clay Daly captured three wins in his Warrior Race Cars #32 Super Late Model. Losing one of his scheduled dates to bad weather, Daly posted 10 Top 10 finishes and six Top 5 outings.

October 8th, 2016 -
Running in the two-day 31st Annual Budweiser Nationals, Clay Daly invaded Bakersfield Speedway (Bakersfield, California) on Friday night for the unsanctioned weekend. After timing in fastest overall in a field off 19 Super Late Models, Daly rolled off 4th for the main event. After bringing out a caution on lap 20 when he got sideways, Clay battled back to a 8th place finish.

Returning with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS), Clay Daly visited I-80 Speedway (Greenwood, Nebraska) on Friday night for the Silver Dollar Nationals. Running two rounds of heat action in a field of fifty-eight Cars, Daly landed a runner-up finish in his first heat behind Jesse Stovall. Falling back to a 7th place finish in his next heat, Clay was slated to start 4th for his B-Main for another chance at main event. Failing to place 3rd or better, Daly earned a pole position starting spot for the Belt Bash Non-Qualifiers feature. Hanging on a to a podium finish, Clay made the decision to turn down his winnings for a spot into the $40,000-to-win A-Main. Starting on the tail of the field 34-car, Clay Daly logged a 26th place outing after bringing out a caution on lap 33.

July 16th, 2016 -
Making the 26-hour trek east, Clay Daly was one of twenty-three Super Late Models signed in at Monett Speedway (Monett, Missouri) on Friday night for the MARS DIRTcar Series sanctioned program. Drawing twenty-three entries for the John Kuntz Memorial, Daly placed 5th in his heat after passing two cars. After starting in 14th for the 40-lap A-Main, Clay’s night was over after suffering mechanical issues.

Running with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) on Saturday night, Clay Daly visited to Lucas Oil Speedway (Wheatland, Missouri) for the CMH Diamond Nationals. In a field of forty-one cars, Daly followed up the fastest time in hot-laps with the fastest time in his group setting him up with a solid starting spot for his heat. Registering a runner-up finish behind Jared Landers, Clay was slated to start 6th for the $12,000-to-win A-Main. Falling out of the top ten, Clay Daly logged a 22nd place finish in the 60-lapper. Returning to Santa Maria Raceway (Nipomo, California) on Saturday night, Clay Daly piloted his Warrior Race Cars #32 Super Late Model. Competing in the regular night of racing, Daly parked his Cornett Racing Engines machine in victory lane for the second time of the season.

May 29th, 2016 -
Clay Day headed to Santa Maria Raceway (Nipomo, California) on Saturday night for the two-day West Coast Late Model Shoot sanctioned event. Competing in a field of seventeen for the opening night The Nationals A-Main, Daly logged a 14th place finish in the feature.

Returning on Sunday for the $3,000-to-win feature, captured a dash victory earning him the pole position starting spot for the A-Main in a field of twenty-one. Dropping one position in the main event, Daly posted a runner-up finish behind Steve Drake with Cody Laney, Tony Toste, and Devin Crockett rounding out the top five. (Tom Macht Photo)

December 21st, 2015 - Competing in a total of thirty-five events, Clay Daly picked up six Super Late Model wins and one in the Pro Stock division during the 2015 campaign. He also finished the season with twenty-one top ten finishes and seventeen top five outings.
